Surpass血流导向在破裂颅內动脉瘤治疗中的应用——单中心经验

背景：目前尚无Surpass血流导向（FD）装置在急性破裂动脉瘤治疗中应用的深入研究和文献报道。

BACKGROUND:UseofaSurpassflowdiverter(FD)deviceinthetreatmentofacutelyrupturedaneurysmhasnotbeenwellstudiedandreportedintheliterature.

方法：回顾性分析年6月至年3月在我院接受SurpassFD置入治疗的蛛网膜下腔出血患者。详细分析病历，以获取患者年龄、性别、临床病史、HuntHess评分、Fisher评分、影像学和手术细节结果（包括技术成功和并发症）、临床疗效和随访血管造影结果。

METHODS:WeretrospectivelyreviewedpatientswithsubarachnoidhemorrhagewhoweretreatedbySurpassFDplacementatourhospitalbetweenJuneandMarch.Detailedanalysisofmedicalrecordswasperformedtoobtainpatientage,gender,clinicalhistory,HuntandHessgrade,Fishergrade,resultsofradiographicandproceduraldetailsincludingtechnicalsuccessand
