Abstract

背景：远外侧入路是用于夹闭小脑后下动脉（PICA）动脉瘤的标准化入路。基于动脉瘤形态、位置、破裂状态、小脑肿胀和手术医生偏好的不同，可以采用不同的入路变型处理动脉瘤。

BackgroundThefar-lateralisastandardisedapproachtoclipaneurysmsoftheposteriorinferiorcerebellarartery(PICA).Differentvariantscanbeadoptedtomanageaneurysmsthatdifferinmorphology,topography,rupturedstatus,cerebellarswellingandsurgeonpreference.
